Do customers need to download an app?

No. On iPhone 7 and newer, and most Android phones from around 2013 onward, tapping the card opens your Google review page instantly in the browser — no app required.

Will it work with my customers' phones?

Yes. A1 CONNECT cards work with any NFC-enabled phone, which covers the vast majority of iPhones and Android phones in use today.

How do you link the card to my business?

Every card ships with simple, step-by-step instructions that walk you through connecting it to your Google Business Profile — the whole setup takes under 2 minutes.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for your cards — there are no ongoing fees or subscriptions.

Can I get cards for multiple locations?

Yes. You can order a card for each location and connect each one to that location's own Google Business Profile.

Can I add my logo to the card?

No, we don't currently offer custom branding on the cards.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes about a week, though it can vary depending on your location.

Can the card be reprogrammed later?

Yes. Reprogramming a card follows the same process as setting it up the first time, with a few small differences — all covered in the instruction manual that comes with your card.

What's your refund policy?

If your card is faulty or not working, reach out to connect@a1marketingau.com and we'll sort it out. We don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind after purchase.
